Healing Menarque

Menarche is the start of our menstrual cycles. As with all rites of passage, how it is received and what is modelled at this time will create beliefs and patterns that will affect many aspects of our life.

If your first period was not received with joy and love, and you would like to change the relationship with your cycles and your body, join us for a special circle to:

• Celebrate and heal your menarque
• Discover and reset negative patterns
• Learn new ways to be with your cycles
