The Emerald Market (Victoria) is BACK! Starting on Dec 19, 2021 from 10-3pm, our vibrant and colourful market will feature local produce, garden and pet supplies and handmade merchandise right in the centre of town on the Belgrave-Gembrook Road going through the Dandenongs.
We encourage shoppers to bring cloth shopping bags or cardboard boxes to take away their treasures. Plastic bags are a scourge on the planet and are strongly discouraged.
The Dig In Community Grocery (in the old National Trust listed bakehouse) will also open its doors for the first time on market day and become the market office. Stall holders and local producers should contact us about stocking some of our shelves with their merchandise. The grocery will be open from Wed- Sat from 12-5pm and all during the market day on Sunday.

• Stall rate per month in advance is $30 for a 3X3 space or $35 on the day. There are limited single 10 amp power points for an additional $10 and must be arranged in advance.

Stall holders are to provide their own liability insurance and show proof or currency to Market Manager

Emerald Market operations  are subject to change depending on severe weather, extreme fire warnings and other safety threats.

General stall holder’s information

Stallholders are required to supply appropriate tables, chairs, display stands, weights, power cords and shelter.  All sites are 3 x 3 metres. All food stallholders are required to contact the Cardinia Shire Council to obtain all necessary food notifications or permits. “food is defined as any item that is consumed by mouth”
